In the lead up to Christmas Prestige whisky have launched the Elite discount offer which is available to all our loyal customers. When you buy a bottle of whisky from us you will receive with your invoice a voucher offering a discount against your next purchase with us.
Each voucher is worth 5% off the total price of your next order excluding postage.
The voucher is not time limited and will remain valid until you want to use it. The beauty of this offer is that you can even pass the voucher on to a friend or family member to use themselves -although each one only works once !
Earn the discount on your first purchase from our Silver range
Offer terms and conditions :
1) An initial purchase of one item is required.
2) Vouchers have no intrinsic or redeemable value of themselves.
3) Vouchers are transferable but can only be used once.
4) Discounts are of limited percentage value excluding postage.
5) Vouchers can be earned on and redeemed against Prestige Whisky 'Silver' Range purchases and premium range.
6) Discounts are applied on the second purchase post sale - Prestige Whisky will refund the voucher amount after receiving full final payment on second purchase via your credit or debit card. This transaction will be processed by us within 24 hours of your order, it will cost you nothing and ensures we only apply the discount to fully completed orders.
7) Additional Elite discounts will be given on second and each subsequent purchase as long as this promotion is offered. In other words you get another voucher every time you buy from us. Even when you use a voucher.
8) Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
9) To exercise this offer you must e-mail the name the order was made under and the unique Elite voucher reference to us on info@prestigewhisky.com within 7 days of making your order.
10) This Elite offer launches 14th September 2009 and will run indefinitely. Prestige Whisky retains the right to end the award of new vouchers at any time. Existing vouchers are not time limited and will remain redeemable indefinitely.
We have a strong company policy suggesting our customers should enjoy their whisky in a reasonable manner that causes no detriment to theirs or others health and well-being. Prestige Whisky strictly abide by the age restrictions attached to the purchase and consumption of alcohol and we will make relevant checks prior to dispatching orders. Please do not be offended if we ask your age.

If you don't like what you've bought or we have made an error and sent/advertised something incorrectly please send it back in it's original condition for a full refund. The same thing applies if there's something wrong with your whisky when it arrives.
In the event that Prestige Whisky are in our opinion in error we will also refund all return postage costs.

We charge 17.5% UK Value Added Tax - for all overseas purchases you need to check with your local excise departments for any local or state tax implications of buying whisky from the United Kingdom. All of our stock is UK Duty paid.

UK Orders :
All of our mainland UK orders regardless of number of bottles have a flat charge of £ 8.95 per order
Delivery is usually within five working days. However, because some of our products are bottled to order it can take a little longer (perfection takes a little time). We will keep you fully informed if this is the case. Free gift cards are available if a present is going to take a while - contact us for full details.
Due to the nature of the whiskies we stock, limited bottlings and rare whisky can become unavailable very quickly. This is often outwith our control and we will always let you know as soon as we can when this happens following any order.
Please note that the 'Silver' Range is only available to UK purchasers.
Overseas Orders :
All Western EU/non mainland UK orders (e.g. Channel Islands, Northern Ireland etc) are £ 24.95
Other European orders will cost £ 29.95
